#OUPGCET 2016 Notification - OU PG Admissions-#OUCET 2016: Osmania University, Directorate of Admissions, Hyderabad is going to release the PG Common Entrance Test(OU PGCET) 2016 Notification on April 11th, 2016 for the academic year 2016-2017. OU PGCET 2016 for Admission into various post graduation courses, PG Diploma courses and 5 years Integrated courses in the Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru University in the campus, constituent and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2016- 17.
Previous year, Osmania University introduced online mode to submit applications for OUCET. This year also, Osmania University invites online applications form from the eligible candidates who have passed or appearing for the final year examination for entrance tests and admission into various pg courses.There is no offline mode of submission of applications.
Courses Offered:
A total of 52 courses(39 PG Courses, 10 PG Diploma Course and 3 5 years Integrated programmes) offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru University
1. M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.C.J., B.L.I.Sc., M.L.I.Sc., M.S.W., M.P.Ed., M.Ed., etc.(PG Courses)
2. P.G. Diploma Courses.
3. 5 year Integrated programs.
Selection of Process:
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of common entrance test.
Eligibility:
The candidates who have passed or appearing for the final year examination during 2014-2016 are also eligibility to apply. 5 percent supernumerary seats in each courses in university campus and constituent colleges are available to the candidate from outside AP under National Integration Quota(NIQ).
How to Apply:
The application submission is online mode only through websites www.ouadmissions or www.osmania.ac.in. Applicants can pay the registration of Rs.350/- through AP Online, net baking etc. For one subject the examination feee is Rs.350/- and for an additional subject, Rs.200 would be charged.
Importance Dates(Tentative):
1. Notification issued date: 11-04-2016 Submission of applications commence from: 12-04-2016.
2. Last date for submission of online application Without late fee: 10.05.2016.
3. Last date for submission of online application With a late fee Rs.200/- : 19-05-2016
4. Entrance Examinations:08-06-2016.
5. Results in third week of --------.
6. Counselling in first of of ------.
