The Interaction Design Education Summit will have its fourth consecutive gathering at Interaction 16 in Helsinki, Finland. This year’s Summit will be hosted at the Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. The Summit gathers a unique mix of practitioners, educators, and students to explore both the current state of design education as well as its future.
Each year’s Summit evolves from the previous year’s event. We learn new things and update our goals based on new perspectives. What remains consistent is our focus on advancing interaction design education across all levels, from primary, secondary, and post-secondary education to professional learning, career development, and design management.
